If only one candidate receives two votes in the first round, that candidate will be declared the captain, without the requirement of an absolute majority for victory. This electoral rule compelled the various interest groups to compromise with one another, ultimately bringing an end to the endless disputes, allowing the selection of the captain to proceed. In the seventh year after the completion of the integrated ship's construction, Sir Denson became the first captain of the 01 Integrated Ship
After more than 20 Skian years of interstellar jumps, the comprehensive ship traversed three interstellar river systems and arrived in the Milky Way. During five Skian years of exploration and mining within the Milky Way, a suitable Earth in its primitive state for the survival of carbon-based life forms of the Skian Alliance was finally discovered. Captain Denson named this planet Earth as YH21988. Captain Denson dispatched a team of ten to land on Earth to collect information on Earth's organisms, plants, atmosphere, water, minerals, microorganisms, insects, human life, and social attributes.
